Senior PE Specialist recruitment

Job Description: 
1. Reporting to the partners and participating in fund raising activities and investor relations management.
2. Responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, closing and monitoring PE investments.
3. Providing independent analysis and views on investment proposals of both for recommendation and declining. 
4. Taking an active role in investments.
5. Negotiating with targeted investment company or portfolio clients for specific business issues and to achieve measurable outcomes. 
6. Conducting supervision job for portfolio companies (could be multiple). Exercising professional judgment dealing with management issues and independent to make decisions with soundness. 
7. Helping the team and seniors to periodically conduct reviews and analysis of investment portfolios. Presenting the review products in clear concise format and emphasize key points.
8. Communicating with other departments effectively. Making good use of all resources and information to support PE work and promote PE business. 
9. Be an effective team builder, managing and providing training and guidance to team members. 

Core Qualification:
• MBA or graduate degree on corporate finance, accounting, laws and business management, with CFA, CPA qualification a plus
• 8-10 and + years experience in direct investment, in MA, financial advisor, probably including in fund management, capable of fully independent activity in all aspects of investment and fee earning activities (e.g. origination, structuring and execution). 
• Fluency in Mandarin a must. Good command of English (written oral) 
• Preferred experience in emerging market, in China, but not necessary.

Knowledge:
•Significant product knowledge and expertise in financing approaches and techniques (equity or debt). 
•Basic understanding and knowledge of business law and be able to review common legal documents

• Ability of independently conduct financial and quantitative analysis including financial projection and valuation model
