Requirements
* 5+ years working with PHP and MySQL
* Experience developing for high traffic environments. Including planning and implementing strategies for caching content, using multiple servers, and optimizing queries.
* Experience writing unit tests
* Understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.
* Enthusiasm for working with small teams.
* An active interest in new technologies and development strategies.
* Passion for developing functional and engaging web experiences.
Niceties
* Experience in aspects of e-commerce. Such as credit card processing, inventory management, reporting financials, etc.
* Experience with the music business.
* Experience with document store style databases.
* Experience with Ruby and Rails.
