Senior Physical Grain (Rice) trader – Asia- recruitment
We are currently working with a substantial Agricultural commodities trading house, based in Singapore, who are seeking a self-motivated grain trader to join their operations in Singapore. The incumbent would be responsible for driving sales of commodities like rice/ sugar/ powdered milk into either North Africa or West Africa. The candidate should possess good understanding of the documentation and paper work required for export / country regulations and should be wired into the wholesale business on the ground. Extensive travel is required as the job is based in Singapore.
• Agricultural Commodity Trader
• (Rice, Wheat, grain, Soybean, Corn, feed)
• Range of good industry contacts / manufactures
• Driving Sales into N.Africa W.Africa
• Be willing to be based in Singapore
• Be prepared for extensive travel to drive business forward.
• Strong Physical Knowledge
• Marketing, Sales and Purchases
• Highly numerate, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long term sustainable relationships.
• Must Speak English / Arabic and French is a must.
• 5-10years of Experience
