About the Role:
You will be offered a FIFO role to Gladstone will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned project has a scheduled platform which accurately reflects the authentic status and future milestones of the project. This role includes working closely with the Project and Senior Managers.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have demonstrated experience in updating, developing and maintaining scheduling processes
• Experience in ascertaining and analysing information on the progress of projects
• Responsible for co-coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to ensure essential time deadlines are always met
• Review designs and be able to provide accountable feedback and suggestions to the Project Manager
• Regularly update the projects construction manual/program
• Ensure the company’s quality systems, procedures and other relevant codes are constantly met
• Ensure all program changes and contract variations are recorded and necessary documents are released to the client

Requirements:
• 10 – 12 years solid planning and scheduling experience in minerals, mining or other heavy industries
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
