In an environment where the EPCMs in Queensland are busy with tenders and waiting for project sign off, this firm has is ready to go and busy growing their team! Working with an engineering market leader with a worldwide reputation for quality engineering, design, project and construction management services, this firm is synonymous with leading mining projects across the globe and have a blue chip client base. They have a superb portfolio of work and have enjoyed outstanding growth as a result of their reputation, high quality work and commitment to strategic expansion.
Due to an increase in their project portfolio, we currently have an opportunity for a Planner/Scheduler and Senior Planner/Scheduler with mine project delivery background on their latest mega project run from their Brisbane office. These are key roles within their mining team and we require proven experience in the execution of large heavy industrial projects in Australia. With a strong background overseeing master schedules, scope changes etc in construction execution, as the successful candidate, you will have:-
- Experience as a planner/scheduler on mining construction projects in Australia
- Primavera experience preferred
- FIFO experience highly desirable
- Stable employment history with long term employment tenure
- Experience working on projects within Australia
This role will commence in the Brisbane Office with mobilisation to site expected in 2012. The FIFO roster is 11/3 within Queensland.
