Senior Plant Controller recruitment
The candidate, reporting to the CFO, will be responsible for:
• Managing the budget/forecast processes and provide analysis and fact-based briefings to the General Manager, Finance Director and other managers to aid decision-making across the business;
• Leading the implementation of several procedures and internal controls within the finance area;
• Developing and implementing several internal reports and KPIs to support the management team;
- Financial and business evaluation of major capital expenditure projects;
- Influencing and improving the performance and growth of the business through insightful challenge of the business performance.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, competences and experiences:
• University Degree in Economics;
• MBA Diploma will be considered a plus;
• 5/10 years of experience in the same role within a multinational manufacturing company;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and influence at senior levels in the business;
• Highly analytical, hands-on, pragmatic and result-oriented;
• Good change management skills;
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills;
• Able to travel internationally;
• English fluent.
