Senior PMO Analyst – Investment Banking recruitment
An exciting opportunity is on offer to work within my clients Risk Transformation programme
As PMO Analyst you will play a key role in the collation, integration, control and management of the planning of multiple workstreams.
Role Deliverables
- Support all relevant workstreams by managing integration of planning information from multiple stakeholders in the preparation and monitoring of plans.
- Manage adherence to the governance and planning and reporting processes.
- Manage the identification of dependencies, planning assumptions, risks issues.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide direct support to all relevant workstreams by managing the production and control of plans and associated deliverables, etc.
- Liaison with multiple workstreams to ensure timely and accurate provision of required information, inputs outputs. This will include working with senior stakeholders
- Collation and quality assurance of information received from multiple sources in support of the production of clear and concise plans and other management information.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the planning control process.
Essential experience
Significant experience in the support of senior management and the deployment of project planning and reporting processes across complex, multi disciplined programmes.
- Proven track record in the delivery of integrated plans and high impact management information on the status of large programmes.
- Ability to analyse and understand complex problems and formulate practical solutions.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in influencing stakeholder management.
- Experience in Financial Services Business delivery environment (risk preferred)
Technical Knowledge:
- Excellent IT skills including MS tools and packages including Project (expert), Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio.
- Expert knowledge of methodologies and control processes used in a project and programme management environment.
