Senior PMO / Business Manager recruitment

My client is looking for a Senior PMO / Business Manager with a strong background; must have several years Investment Banking experience and consultancy trained (Accenture, Deloitte Touche, Ernst Young, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, CapGemini).

In this market, my client appreciates the competitive nature of the market place and is willing to be rather regimented in finding a Senior PMO with the Investment Banking, consultancy and large transformation experience. 

This role will report into the Programme Director and will require the candidate to work well within a large team.  

The role will look at

Budgeting, planning and forecasting at a cost centre and project level for the Front Office Business
Reviewing actual against forecasting
Headcount tracking
Gather data and reporting for special projects
Headcount reference data
Time-card analysis and reporting – Project, Program and Category reviews
Creation and construction of reporting for special projects
Prepare analysis on other expenses: recruitment, contractors, travel and entertainment, etc.

Person Requirements

Great team player that shares and communicates across multiple peers and managers Ability to analyse, identify and correct problems in data that causes problems in reporting.
Candidate must have the ability to independently organise workload and tasks in a work environment.
Strong personality

Technical skills

Excel with macros and pivot experience
Experience in powerpoint
Experience with Sharepoint
