Senior PMO Manager / Business Manager

The Senior PMO Manager / Business Manager will be responsible for providing consistent and effective approach to operations for project agenda’s and process improvements.

The successful PMO will support projects and programme managers in all aspects of status reporting, planning and forecasting. The PMO will also work closely with Senior Management to manage and set governance on the programs. The successful candidate must have strong MS Office, especially MS Excel, working knowledge of project planning tools.

It is essential that the PMO Manager / Business Manager has experience and update business knowledge of Equity Derivative’s and knowledge of trading and middle office functions. Ideally the PMO will understand Cash Equities and have strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).  Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and industry initiatives including Dodd Frank impacts and MarkitWire integration are essential.

The PMO will be working on Equity Derivatives and Middle office projects, it is therefore essential that candidates not only have strong PMO skills but have experience working in an Investment Bank and can demonstrate their business knowledge. This role is a senior position and would suit someone working at a VP / Senior VP level within an Investment Bank.

This role will be a long term project and there may be the opportunity to consider the position contract to permanent.
