Business Overview:Electronic Solutions and Service (ESS) covers all client communication protocols for the WSS business. These broadly cover Internet (Client Access), SWIFT and File/Data solutions and also expands into the evolving Mobile arena. The ESS area drives strategy for the ESS Channels to support the growth of the WSS business. It also then includes the overall Client Experience and UX design, Product Management, Development, Program execution, Sales Coverage and Support, On-boarding, Training, Marketing and solutions based consultancy.
Team DescriptionThe Senior Portal Product Manager is responsible to develop and evolve the on-line Portal framework for WSS Client Access. The Portal is the internet framework which 'houses' all WSS related client web based services and solutions (JPMorgan Client Access) and integrates cross bank wide services to common Line of Business (LOB) clients.
The portal covers standards around interoperability, staging, usability and navigation, security, timeouts, capacity and resiliency, entitlement interactions, MIS, housekeeping and general business related materials.
The Portal will migrate to a new framework for WSS therefore the Portal Manager will have to factor the holistic view of a new framework whilst strategically planning for the integration and evolution of the existing Client Access capabilities.
The Portal Product team will therefore work in very close conjunction with the Dashboards, Reporting, and Data Product area's as well as Treasury Services, the Investment Bank and other WSS LOB partners. Having a very strong relationship with IT services will be a key factor to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Senior Product Manager to drive and manage the evolution of the Client Access Portal strategy
and execution of the plan against the ESS roadmap
The Portal scope will include standards around interoperability, staging, usability and navigation, responsiveness, resiliency, security, timeouts, entitlement interactions, MIS, housekeeping, cross client and market segment product packages and housing general business related materials.
The role will work closely with Client Access, IT and WSS partners which will be a base principle for success and roll out
The senior PM will publish and own a full and rolling 18 month plan of the portal evolution and integration of all key components including the new architecture plan and the integration of existing applications and features
The scope of the role and portal framework will factor all capabilities required to cover WSS (Custody, Funds, Trading and Execution) with a considered view on interactions with Treasury Services and the Investment Bank. Working closely with Clients, Sales, RM's and Client Services, LOB Products and IT, will all be key to collaborate and drive delivery.
A key responsibility will be to ensure the Portal framework and its capabilities fully supports sales,
retention and client satisfaction whilst also factoring client segments and user personas
The senior PM will also be expected to be able to bench the portal framework in conjunction to key competitors and must ensure the housing of the framework can support growth, volumes, and can grow against efficiencies as WSS expands its services
Execution and Delivery, via Agile consistent methodologies, delivering and adding key measurable value to clients.

Qualifications
Your Background:

Significant experience in the Securities, Asset Management or Capital markets industry with a good understanding of Investor based drivers and needs down to market infrastructures and utilities
Strong experience of client electronic solutions and strength is User experience and navigation
Strong knowledge of web based applications and internet infrastructures
Proven track record and achievement in either eProduct, Product, Client Coverage or Operations
Budget control, PMO and PL experience (ideally)
Good experience in interacting with client seniors, internal seniors and users
Strong experience in dealing, partnering and driving IT groups
Recognition and experience of delivering on time and against measured value

Desirables:

Strong Knowledge of Securities and Fund Services and Web based Solutions
Ability to understand and progress strategic and holistic views whilst understanding detailed components of an overall operating model
Strong understanding of client facing technologies and client communication mediums (internet, SWIFT, Files)
Strong client communicator
Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate and interact well with seniors and users
Strong Program Mgmt and execution abilities
Good ability to influence and navigate through a matrix hierarchy
Good Knowledge of Product Management and good understanding of operational flows
