HSS is split into three divisions, namely, Fund Services, Custody and CTLA (Corporate Trust Loan Agency)

Principal Accountabilities

Reporting into the REITs team head, the incumbent will be responsible to administer and process instructions from the client/fund manager for assigned funds; Monitor compliance of the fund to documentary, regulatory and business requirements -

• Timely process of clients’ instructions in accordance with business requirements and ensure that clients’ requests are supported by proper documentation.

• Perform monthly compliance reviews to ensure that assigned funds are operated in accordance with the regulatory requirements and fund documentation.

• Review monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations prepared by the fund/property manager for each assigned fund. Undertake variance analysis and follow up with the Reit Manager for any identified variances or long outstanding/unusual items.

• Maintain up to date records and data of portfolio

• Undertake projects from time to time.

Skills/ Attributes

• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience

• Degree in Accountancy is preferred

• Ability to use Microsoft Window applications, Word, Excel

• Good Analytical ability and efficient communication skills

• Service orientated client focused approach
