Leading services include complex accounting, valuation and web-based investor services for traditional funds, hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity funds; trustee and depositary services; performance consultancy services to institutional and corporate clients worldwide as well as cash management, foreign exchange, securities lending, corporate trusteeship, issuing and paying agency services, management and corporate secretarial, compliance and regulatory reporting.
HSS is split into three divisions, namely, Fund Services, Custody and CTLA (Corporate Trust Loan Agency) Principal Accountabilities Incumbent will be responsible for providing fund accounting, valuation and administration services to Fund Managers both locally and internationally.
- Maintain all reconciliation and process instructions, as well as prepare valuations and other reporting as required on assigned portfolios.
- Ensure all instructions acted upon are compliant with authentication procedures and that corporate action transactions, trade processing, redemption payments and banking instructions are completed accurately and promptly.
- Oversee cash and securities reconciliation and ensure other procedures are prepared in accordance with company and fund-specific policies
- Validate dividends and interests for fixed deposits and fixed income securities accruals correctly.
Skills/Attributes:-
- Degree or Diploma in an Accounting discipline
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience with an investment bank, accounting firm or securities house.
- Candidates studying for ACCA, CPA Singapore or equivalent qualification will also be considered
- Individual should demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Candidate should be sService-oriented, client focused, proactive and should have responsive approach to responsibilities.
- Team player capable of managing multiple client relationships and meeting tight daily deadlines
