An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our client, a major financial services company based in London
Key responsibilities of the Senior Portfolio Analyst job will include:
-Ensure an adequate capital treatment for vanilla and unusual transactions under Basel 3 framework.
-Work with stakeholders across Risk, Front Office and Financial Accounting to fully understand trade features and define capital calculation for unusual transactions.
-Support Front Office in questions relating to regulatory exposure calculations.
The ideal Senior Portfolio Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk tenets.
-Familiarity with regulations.
-Deep product knowledge of OTC and Securities Financing Transactions.
-Track record of achieving tasks independently.
