Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager of Foreign Exchange
Department: Asset Management Dept., Head Office of ICBC
Job Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and managing the investment products of FX, commodities, stock index futures, bond futures, etc. Be able to work independently as well as in team;
2. Develop a complete solution for the FX product, including the investment methods, processes, implementation plans and risk control programs;
3. Setup at least one FX investment fund, provide investment guidelines, carry out relevant trading business to ensure reasonable performance;
4. Responsible for portfolio construction; fund investment adjustment and risk control, daily liquidity management; monitor the subscription, redemption and information disclosure process;
5. Participate in FX team-building, help to improve analysis and trading skills of the traders;
6. Participate in building the system platform that FX funds requires, propose system-building plan and implement with relevant departments;
7. Involved in fund product design and the promotion step of sales.
 

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years FX investment experiences in well-known international banks and fund management companies, lead a team of at least 3 traders;
  2. Strong background in finance, economics and econometrics, etc.;
  3. Good knowledge of the mechanism, functioning and trading rules of FX markets and familiar with gold, futures and other derivatives;
  4. Proficient programming skills, such as C++, Matlab, R, VBA, etc.;
  5. Fluent Chinese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
  6. Excellent quant research capability and strong communication skills; 
  7. Strong team worker with leadership potential;
  8. Candidates with CFA, FRM or PhD from top universities are preferred.
