Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

Job Description

The Senior Consultant is responsible for actively driving and managing the solution forming at different pre/post stages of the sales process, and to ensure and maintain the service success and high quality delivery. He/she must work in conjunction with the sales teams, technical teams, internal and/or external, as the key solution advisor for our carrier partners and wholesale customers in the region. The Senior Consultant should possess strong understanding of submarine cable systems and good understanding of the wholesale business including - IP Transit and Lease IRU of cable capacities around the world. It will be an added advantage if he/she has understanding of the customers’ industry e.g. finance, logistics, trading manufacturing, and is able to articulate organization’s technology and solution positioning to business and technical users, bridging their business needs with our solutions and the technology available.  He/she must demonstrate the strong understanding of the technology, its moving trends and the business benefits to customer. The key factor is be able to understand customer business environment, needs and relevant issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the solution consulting and forming process, and leads the way to the successful service delivery.  He/she must be able to establish, build and maintain strong professional relationships with the customer throughout. Previous experience in similar network service and solutions consulting in specific industry field is definitely a plus.
