Senior Private Banker UHNWI – Luxembourg recruitment

I am exclusively working with our client bank headquartered in Luxembourg. The bank has developed its network in Europe with offices in four other countries.

Globally its reach includes a presence in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Its Core Businesses are:

• Wealth Management / Private Banking

• Family Office Services (Real Estate, Private Equity, Conciergerie)

• Wealth Planning / Structuring

Responsibilities for Senior Private Banker – Luxembourg:

• Delivering superior client focus, involving an open architecture platform

• Participating in the marketing strategies and business development of new strategies and keeping up to date with the financial products

• Cross-selling of other department's services to new, and where relevant existing, clients of the Bank

• Responsibility for acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing clients

• A trusted advisor with the flair of client assessment

• Responsibility for fulfillment of financial objectives and targets by acquisition, sales and all relationship activities

• Developing managing a portfolio of clients from one or a mixture of the following markets: UK, LATAM, MENA, West Africa, CIS, CEE, Turkey, Israel, Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia

• The individual will provide advice and be responsible for preparation of customers investment proposals


Requirements for the Senior Private Banker:

• The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship and negotiation skills

• Strong personal credibility and ability to establish relationships with ease

• Confidence when dealing with sophisticated clients and complex investment portfolios

• Conscientious individual with a high level of attention to detail and care

• Entrepreneurial flare and a high level of commitment to the role

• Able to execute complex investment strategies on behalf of clients

• Ideally of graduate or MBA caliber, private client qualifications like CFA a plus

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral which enhances collaboration within a team and to build and maintain professional business relationships
