Key responsibilities:
- Bring an entrepreneurial outlook to the role, identifying opportunities for business development – seeking at all times to increase the AuM of the firm
- Uphold the professional values established by the firm
- Under the guidance of the desk head, establish and develop a personal portfolio of clients or you own book of clients
- Deliver sound advice on financial matters across a range of asset classes/products
Key requirements:
- Existing network/portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals
- Proven track-record in business development
- Profound understanding of the Private Wealth Management industry
- Ability to demonstrate an exceptional track-record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Experience in dealing directly with HNW/UHNW individuals
- Complete understanding of investment products across range of asset classes
- Fluency in Russian English
Your Personal skills:
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good work ethic and work record are necessary
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
