Senior Private Equity Administrator recruitment
Supporting an Assistant Director/Head of Section, you will undertake daily administration of a portfolio of funds.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter private equity in one of the regions most desirable off-shore, low-tax business and lifestyle locations.
Main duties:
- Maintain an effective working relationships with colleagues and management
- Administer investment, divestment, drawdown distribution processes
- General Corporate Secretarial and Administration duties
- Liaise with investors and clients, responding to queries
- Prepare Financial Statements
- Maintain the high level of service offered to clients
- Ensuring all transactions are undertaken efficiently and effectively as possible
Key attributes:
- Experience in Company Secretarial duties
- Strong bookkeeping accounting skills
- Ideally one of the following recognised qualifications: IDFA (formerly CoA), ICSA , CAT (P1 to P3), AAT (Foundation/Intermediate), ICSA (Foundation) or ACCA (F1 to F3)
- laws.
