Description
- 6+ Years of hands on experience delivering organizational improvement and building supporting re-engineering programs
- Strong re-engineering project management experience or re-engineering consulting experience with evidence of delivering change management results
- Technical accreditation (e.g., Green Belt) or equivalent demonstrated experience in Lean Engineering and/or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with change management philosophies [Six Sigma (DMAIC/DFSS), Lean, TPS, Kaizen/CAP, TQM, etc.)] and ability to readily adapt concepts to business needs
- Experience developing problem solving methodology content training material to support new program infrastructure
- Experience as trainer or facilitator for problem solving workshops and projects and ability to support
- Expert data analysis and interpretation skills, including designing feasible data capture approaches, analyzing process metrics, identifying drivers and assessing impact, and developing business cases
- Preferred work experience in the Credit Cards industry or Retail Consumer Banking, especially in functions such as Marketing, Decision Management, Marketing Delivery, or Customer Experience
- Additional experience in operating model design, process mapping, requirements definition, and product development is beneficial
- College degree required, MBA preferred
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and energize teams and individuals
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Franchise player- -broad, critical thinker with the ability to effectively leverage the capabilities of the Cards organization to meet business priorities
- Outstanding people leadership skills, able to envision an enhanced future state and motivate and inspire others to create it
- Pragmatic problem solver, forward thinker with independence of thought
- Self-motivated with a passion to transform Citi Cards
- Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers.
