Senior Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer (Pullman, WA)
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong project management skills while leading or supporting project activities.
- Own the design, installation, qualification, and support of new manufacturing processes and materials.
- Support and improve production processes to ensure optimal quality, efficiency and cost.
- Share knowledge and experience through mentoring of manufacturing staff and peers.
- Drive to root cause determination using analytical data methods, such as design of experiment.
- Keep abreast of new technologies, materials, or methods associated with our production processes.
- Demonstrate and promote SEL values.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Process Engineer.
- Experience leading large scale projects.
- Familiarity with IPC and JEDEC.
- Ability to perform capability analysis measurements.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
- Negative drug test results(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronic assembly processes.
- Strong PCBA materials knowledge.
