A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Process Engineer to work on client engagements in Melbourne within the Business Efficiency Architecture (BEA) team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as an internal consultant and implement change in business/system processes and management processes in line with strategy.
Your responsibilities will include leading and executing Process Change Programs through the whole lifecycle, senior stakeholder engagement, management of the customer experience, program execution and post implementation reviews.
Tertiary qualified, ideally you will possess:
- Demonstrable experience in business process reengineering and continuous improvement in a financial services institution or a consulting organisation
- Track record in Lean Six Sigma application, in a similar environment
- Proven background in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, and ability to confidently challenge the status quo
- A team player with a collaborative approach, you will be capable of working autonomously

Knowledge of Insurance and Claims area's is preferred but not essential.
