We are currently looking to recruit both a Senior Process Technologist and a Process Technologist. Within both roles you will ensure that approved products are delivered through to launch against critical pathways involving all parties and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction along the way. You will be planning and organising factory trials on approved products to ensure products are launched on time.
As such, the successful candidates in both positions will have a pivotal role in the introduction of new products through risk assessing new raw materials and suppliers, understanding the requirements of shelf life and nutritional demands, challenging processes and improving efficiencies and profitability, approving packaging and artwork and presenting new products to customers.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
• Be able to build up sound and professional rapport with your customers and colleagues
• Be PC Literate
• Have a positive and flexible attitude to work
• Good project and time management skills able to see a project through from concept to completion
• Qualified and previous experience within a chilled food business is desired along with experience of working with retailers and Food Hygiene training.
This role is based in Spalding and is commutable from Kings Lynn, Boston, Peterborough, Grantham, Holbeach, Wisbech and Bourne
