Senior Product Consultant (French Speaking)
Our client, who specialise in the supply of software products for the management of energy across multiple sectors, is looking for a Senior Product Consultant to be responsible for the installation of client software on customer sites. This involves the commissioning of the software, setting up of sites; meters, reports and alerts, as well as ensuring the best practices are adhered to. This position will also require follow up visits to ensure the customer is getting the best out of the package. The role will also involve some pre-sales work with our sales team and training our end customers on the client product.
The Essential Skills and Experience required for the Senior Product Consultant are:
· Providing consultancy services for a software product.
· Training end users.
· Providing Pre-Sales Support
· Setting up and configuring client software
· Extensive experience of software which runs Microsoft Windows, SQL, IIS and ASP.net.
· French conversational language
· You will be able to liaise with client representatives at all levels.
· Prepared to meet project timescales and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
· You will be an excellent communicator and confident in delivering training.
The Desirable Skills and Experience required for the Senior Product Consultant are:
· Experience of the energy, metering or building controls industry.
· Project management of software/hardware implementations, and requirements gathering.
· Training end users
