Job Description

You will be responsible for project management, leadership and oversight in the development and implementation of new and enhanced institutional trust products. You may have project management responsibilities across multiple development efforts for large complex products.

Knowledge/Skills  

Knowledge of product development, usually acquired through related work experience, is required to coordinate the development of institutional trust products.

Planning, organizational, and leadership skills are necessary to oversee the project development.

Major Duties

1. Coordinates major projects to develop new institutional trust products

or enhancements to an existing product for an assigned product line.

2. Provides oversight if project management is assigned to another team

member or to someone outside of the Product Team.

3. Provide project leadership through development, implementation and

rollout.

4. Manage product development to maximize scalability and reuse for

other product need.

5. Prepares written documentation to support project goals and

justification for project expenditures.

6. Creates project plan and maintains updates to project plan.

7. Presents project status, progress and spending to team members

and management.

8. Writes business requirements.

9. Partners with marketing and product/market owners on client

communications relating to project.

10. Maintains a thorough knowledge and awareness of legal

requirements, regulatory environment, legislative changes, and

marketing trends in the institutional trust industry to determine the

direction for new products or enhancements to existing products.

11. Works closely with systems and trust operations areas to assess

processing capabilities of changes on existing systems and

operations and to determine the measures required for development

and implementation.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of product development or related experience to include project management.
