Responsibilities
1. Make plan for product innovation system and process management.
2. Follow market trend. Make development plan and target for innovative products.
3. Plan and make product line and product category.
4. Coordinate product analysis, plan, design, test, online operation and improvement based on product innovation strategy.
5. Organize innovation activity for application, technology and business operation in cutting-edge areas.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Master degree or above, major in finance or related.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in financial institutions. Inter-departmental experience is preferred.
3. Strong ability of financial analysis and management. High comprehensive quality, be able to accurately understand the trend of macro-economy; familiar with relative policies and regulations, basic banking theory and direction of product research.
4. Experience of product development and project implementation. In-depth knowledge of relative process of product innovation.
5. To be sensitive to new business and technology; Be passionate, creative, able to work under pressure.
6. Good team player, excellent communication and respond skills; Have a strong sense of responsibility.
