Payments and Cash Management (PCM) sits within this business unit. The Cash Management product team within PCM has overall product development and ongoing management responsibility for a range of deposit and transaction accounts which allow business and institutional customers to manage their cash effectively as part of meeting their overall working capital needs.
You will:
Manage a profitable portfolio across the Cash Management product set. You will be accountable for customer satisfaction, total revenues, product profitability and competitiveness, market share growth and the product development life cycle.
More specifically you will:
- Drive revenue and profitability of the product portfolio, whilst growing market share. Total size of portfolio is over $40bn.
- Manage positioning of product, value proposition, targeting and/or segmentation, pricing, promotion and sales support
- Understand and communicate customer needs across each segment
- Understand and keep up to date information on competitor offerings
- Identify and help drive product development agenda
- Ensure compliance of the products with relevant regulatory requirements
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction with products, enhance as required
- Manage operating and credit risk associated with the product set
You are:
- Motivated and engaged, with significant Product Management experience within Financial Services.
- You will have demonstrated experience in driving revenue and profit growth for a product / product set and experience in implementing new products within a large organisation.
- You will be equipped with strong numerical and conceptual analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify fundamental economic and business issues.
- You will hold tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and possess impressive presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety audiences in differing environments.
