Senior Product Manager, Bancassurance recruitment
You will plan and implement product strategy to meet the goals of the bancassurance business. You will initiate and lead the implementation of initiatives through the development of new customer value propositions, marketing campaigns and revamp of client communication materials and channels. Working closely with the product provider to bring best-in-class products through multiple distribution platforms, you will lead and manage the conceptualization and design of new bancassurance products and services.
Key requirements:
-At least 8 years’ relevant working experience
-Proficient in product management, project management, process-thinking, marketing, customer experience, customer service and compliance matters
-Insurance knowledge preferred but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong multi-tasking capability and highly meticulous
