Senior Product Manager – Business Banking recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Business Banking, the Senior Products Manager will be responsible for managing the existing products under the SME division and developing new products and services, followed by a successful rollout. This position will also be responsible for indentifying new customer value propositions which can then be converted into product offerings to support the growth of the SME banking business within the UAE.
Additionally, this role will be tasked with ensuring product development, business development and market and competitor intelligence within the SME market. This will include working on budgets and business plans for the SME products and developing systems and processes for efficient transaction processing and information capturing.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must be Degree educated and have at least 10 years experience in Product Management within a banking / financial services environment. In addition, candidates must have familiarity with the operations, sales and support environments within a bank and will also have a strong understanding of profitability drivers and market development across the various product life cycle stages. Please note, candidates should have relevant regional experience to be considered for this role.
