Senior Product Manager, Data Feeds recruitment
Senior Product Managers drive usability, increase market penetration, and retain clients of our sector specific product platforms through research, analysis and adoption of best-in-class user interface design coupled with the highest quality data. You will be a leader in the design and execution of tools, templates and analysis while working in tandem with clients, prospects and industry experts. Primary responsibilities include meeting with clients and conducting market research in order to define client and business/market needs; converting those needs into functional requirements and designing Wire Frames; working collaboratively with SNL’s Technology team in order to implement designs and requirements; designing SNL style guides and platform specification standards; highlighting industry best practices; assisting with product demos to clients and prospects; and influencing product development by providing feedback to business managers on use demand, market practices, and product enhancements.
Candidate requirements include strong Financial Services Industry experience and knowledge of financial concepts; exhibit product management skills, strategic planning and launch management skills; and Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required. Desired experience/skills include proficiency in User Interface Design processes or experience with any Application Programming Interface (API); HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Visio and Paint shop, JavaScript, and Web trends; and Advanced MS Excel skills and a basic understanding of SQL or Access.
