Position Description: Key Responsibilities: bull; Lead the development and implementation of PHSS knowledge management process bull; Be the primary lead for knowledge management content coordination within PHSS bull; Be the Red Cross lead with the Training Support Center (TSC) on development and approval of strategic and tactical training plans for agent training bull; Be the primary Red Cross liaison with Training Support Center (TSC) training staff bull; Lead cross functional Red Cross teams to develop knowledge content bull; Be cognizant of internal and external customer needs and language in developing content bull; Develop talking points and frequently asked questions needed on new or revised content needed for TSC agent training bull; Develop knowledge content for Training Support Center on business process changes and new PHSS content release bull; Be adept at utilization of the TeleTech knowledge management tool (IRIS) for new content bull; Ensure that there is an external customer focus on knowledge development as well as internal knowledge management bull; Utilize knowledge management process to cross communicate with field staff as needed Apply
