About Us
CommInsure is a business within the Wealth Management division of the Commonwealth Bank offering a range of life insurance, superannuation, retirement income, investment and general insurance products.
The Team
The Retail Advice Product and Pricing team is responsible for product and pricing strategy, product maintenance, and executing change through a product development life cycle.
About the role
You will have accountability for the end to end management and development of the retail advice life insurance product suite within CommInsure. This will involve:
- Identifying opportunities to ensure portfolio remains viable yet competitive, with focus on impacts to sales, retention and profit.
- Production and delivery of accurate, approved legislative documents such as PDS and policy documents, mandatory customer statements etc
- Implementation of approved portfolio changes where you act as business change manager and meet project success targets
- Utilise insights from customers and distribution channels to identify initiatives that positively impact end customer experience
You will have
- Extensive Life Insurance product management/development experience
- A strong understanding of underwriting methodology and Claims
- Knowledge of the legislative framework that applies to Life Insurance and Superannuation
- Mature insight into the distribution channels used in promoting life insurance products
- Excellent relationship/stakeholder management skills
