Department: E-Banking Department, Online Banking Dept.
Responsibilities
1. Make development plans for e-banking and mobile-banking; research on product and service innovation.
2. Research and write product and service demand for e-banking and mobile-banking.
3. Organize product test, put product into use and promote product inside the bank.
4. Identify problems found in product operation. Provide support for branches after product is put online.
5. Coordinate with other companies and allocate resources. Corporate with other sectors and innovate product.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Master degree or above, intermediate grade or above in finance and technology or equivalent.
2. Working experience in famous international enterprises or financial institutions; generally over 5 years working experience in e-financial product research; with experience in development of online banking and mobile banking product.
3. Familiar with bank business and process as well as basic knowledge of electronic technology; understanding of online banking, mobile banking and related business.
4. Excellent professional ability; good innovative vision, personality and business records.
5. Strong ability of research, analysis, organization, coordination and communication.
6. Leadership, organization and implementation capability, analytical and decision making ability and strain capability.
7. Strong writing and expression skills
