Senior Product Manager recruitment

The Senior Product Manager, is responsible for the formulation and delivery of the product propositions, product strategy, understanding pricing levers and to drive income growth.

Youll join the product team at an exciting time with a number of new products early in the development cycle. You will have the opportunity to build and implement new products for our Business and Corporate offering.

As a Senior Product Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Excellent understanding of the UK market and regulatory change impacting the product set.
Previous experience of managing payment or ebanking products at a senior level.
A strong commercial background is essential with awareness of issues and changes affecting the payments market.
An in depth knowledge and understanding of the banks business environment, a strategic view of performance and a commercial outlook.
Sound understanding of formal and informal business structures, various channels of influence, climate and culture in order to better affect management decision making.
Willing and able to push change, demonstrating drive in continuously seeking ways to improve on existing processes and add value to the business.
Leadership skills with ability to motivate, co-ordinate, guide and support the wider Payments or EBanking Teams.
Experience of a wide range of different disciplines including finance, systems development, business/strategic planning and product/project evaluation.
ACT/ACT Cert CM would be useful but is not mandatory.

As a Senior Product Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
New Product development and enhancements for the product set.
Highlighting and coordinating Sales Opportunities and acquisition campaigns
Development of channels.
Ensuring development of the full end to end customer proposition.
Be the subject matter expert for the product set.
Driving income growth and management of costs.
