Senior Product Manager recruitment

Key responsibilities of this role include:

To develop and deploy compelling product portfolio that will deliver profitable income to Post Office Ltd.
Responsible for reviewing and improving current product offerings in line with customer input.
Develop the product/service proposition based on understanding of market and competitive attractiveness
Work with stakeholders within the business and with external stakeholders to produce feasibility, cost and impact analyses to support any changes to the product.
To understand costs and income drivers, acquisition/retention and loyalty for key customer segments.
Ensure that optimal customer journey is implemented for all new propositions redesign and re-engineering of products using strategic analyses and market intelligence
Creating, implementing and developing the Customer Journey in order to ensure the Product is accessible to its target audience/s

Key skills required for this role:

Good interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationship with external and internal stakeholders to deliver projects to a high standard in agreed timescales
Ability to work self sufficiently and identify ways of developing and improving products, knowledge of NPD within a competitive market place
You will have owned and managed the Profit and Loss of a Product in addition to analysing and making recommendations for consumer product performance metrics
Significant experience reviewing current products through market research, intelligence and customer feedback
Must have strong knowledge of customer marketing techniques, customer segmentation, proposition, competitive differentiation and market testing
Experience of developing and launching products in a complex operational retail environment.
