Senior Product Manager recruitment
Our Client is a highly respected and award winning financial services group that delivers innovative products and services to its significant customer base.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will manage a small team of Product Managers and have ultimate responsibility for developing and implementing a product strategy, delivering against targets and driving product profitability. Specific responsibilities will be broad and include:
- Development and executive of product strategy
- Ownership of PL and portfolio profitability
- Management of margin, fee income and expenses
- Delivery of an annual product plan and making recommendations and changes to strategy
- Act as the subject matter expert with stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Finance
- Work with Sales to drive product penetration and revenue
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends and develop appropriate response
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified individuals with a proven track record in product management covering either mortgages, personal lending, credit cards or other banking related products. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and highly developed analytical and project management skills will be critical to your success.
