Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Manager, Wound Therapeutics, will develop an overall brand strategy and will work with the leadership team to continue to enhance and evolve this strategy. The Senior Product Manager will formulate and review corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for a specific product or product line, conduct competitive product analysis and market research of product, consumer behavior and professional audience. Determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements. Develop production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle as well as brand positioning and messaging that clearly articulates ConvaTec's expertise in delivering high quality proprietary products supported by robust clinical evidence. The Senior Product Manager will also serve as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.

¨ Collaborate with Business Intelligence to identify customer needs and derive market insights to drive brands.
¨ Create a strategy, in conjunction with the Area Vice Presidents and Corporate Accounts, to penetrate key, targeted customers with unique brand value proposition and to ensure that customer needs are understood and prioritized appropriately.
¨ Build strategic partnerships with Channel Leadership Team and ensure alignment of tactics with brand strategies.
¨ Lead efforts to create marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with the Global Marketing organization, ensuring US market needs are met.
¨ Effectively communicate with sales team, ensure team is responsive to requests and create and implement programs/tools to help drive sales.

¨ Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders.

Education/Qualifications:
Required:
¨ BS/BA degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
¨ Wound Care experience preferred
Required:
¨ 7+ years marketing experience in healthcare industry with at least 5 years in a brand management position
¨ The candidate must have held positions that require a high degree of brand positioning and brand acumen. The candidate will have a disciplined approach to marketing and will have worked in an organization that is recognized for its marketing excellence.
¨ The candidate must be collaborative and willing to challenge others in a constructive and data-based way. Knowing how to work, communicate and execute over a cross-functional platform is essential.
