The UniSim Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, managing and executing all of the product management related activities within the Plant and Operator Effectiveness business area; this area includes Process Design Simulator, Operator Training and Competency businesses. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end result and is accountable for product profitability of the UniSim Design and Operate product lines. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager, Solution manager to align business needs and investments, define product requirements and manager the portfolio lifecycle to maximize growth and return on investments. The product Manager will also work with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering and RD execute and launch new product releases. Bottom line, they own the product plans, strategy and profitability

Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10+ years experience in Process Simulation business
· Completion of a University undergraduate degree in an analytical (e.g. economics, math, engineering, etc…) or technical discipline is required
· 5+ years experience working with UniSim or similar process simulation software
Additional Qualifications:
· 6 to 8+ years experience in a similar leadership role is desirable
· An understanding of key processes in the Oil Gas, Oil Refining, Chemical, Mining industries is desirable
· An MBA is highly desirable (top-tier school preferred).
