Sr.Product Marketing Manager to manage Monster’s talent management suite (TMS) business in Europe. The ideal candidate will have significant domain expertise in the applicant tracking, performance management, learning management, and/or succession planning markets. In addition, he or she will have a strong understanding of the European markets, a stellar track record in product marketing/management, and a passion to drive adoption in new markets. He or she will be the primary champion and TMS business driver in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Champion Monster’s talent management suite (TMS) business in Europe.
Manage TMS product strategy in Europe, including determining the optimum product functionality, positioning, and pricing to deliver a competitive offering at all times.
Monitor European customer base and make certain customers have a high-quality experience with TMS at all times, from implementation, to training, and ongoing support.
Work closely with Monster’s regional Sales, Service, and Product teams and provide the support needed to drive TMS growth in Europe.
Liaise with the Monster’s regional Marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness and market demand, in addition to the supporting sales tools for various European countries.
Manage the relationship with TMS vendors and partners in Europe.
Monitor local market players and trends to proactively spot and act on new opportunities and potential threats.
Track TMS metrics and work closely with business partners to reconcile revenue.
Coordinate translation efforts and participate in product acceptance testing prior to release.
Qualifications:
10 years experience, ideally in the software or HR industry, in Europe.
Deep knowledge of the talent management market and players.
Passionate individual who is comfortable working with customers, evangelizing new products, and resolving business challenges.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies.
Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and ability to work on simultaneous projects and under tight deadlines.
Results orientation.
Ability to travel, as needed.
Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Marketing from a top-tier school; MBA a plus.
Sense of humor.
This position can be based in any European country, but preferably in the U.K, Germany, Netherlands, France, or Italy.
