Main Tasks and Responsibilitie

• Conversion of existing customers and new client acquisition

• Work in close partnership with RMs to identify Cash opportunities.
• Conduct wallet-sizing exercise.
• Engage consultative sales approach to identify client needs.
• As a product specialist, package and sell customized Cash Management products (i.e., payments, collections, account and liquidity management, internet banking and other channels) and solutions to clients under the Wholesale Banking Group.
• Achieve/exceed agreed customer acquisition, revenue, deal, transaction and deposit targets.
• Manage and grow an assigned the customer portfolio, maximizing customer coverage and product penetration.
• Perform role as cash product specialist for liquidity management, local and cross-border payments, collections, information delivery to Wholesale Banking customers as well as Relationship Management Teams.
• Analyze customer transaction banking profile and determine the potential for generating increased business.
• Plan the sales strategy and develop sales/deal pipeline.
• Visit clients across all target market sectors in order to understand needs, and to establish or maintain and expand business relationships.
• Prepare product proposals and pricing. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, which will result to deal closure and revenue optimization.
• Provide customers with the necessary legal and product documentation and assist in completion. Forward completed documentation to the Implementation Team.
• Prepare all required reports on Cash Management Sales
• Ensure that customers receive a satisfactory sales support through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Facilitate/resolve customer and product-related issues.
• Refer non-cash management business opportunities to other units.
Perform other additional responsibilities and initiatives that will be assigned.
Minimum Requirement
• Degree in Business Administration
• 12+ years experience in business development/cash management
• 12+ years experience in corporate banking
