Senior Production Engineer Job in Wakefield, Yorkshire UK
Due to continued growth my client based in Oldham is looking to recruit a Senior Production Engineer. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has previous experience of using both CNC, manual and drilling machines. Your will have direct supervisory responsibility for up to 12 employees, mainly milling and turning machinist’s and you will be required to handle all elements of job planning, quotations, quality inspections, work distribution within the workshop and finally technical troubleshooting. Other duties will include:-
· Maintaining and ordering of stock
· General machine maintenance
· Estimating lead times
· Reviewing processes to maximise efficiency
· Department health safety
· Recording operator errors
