Senior Program Analyst Job in Annapolis Junction, Maryland US

The Loch Harbour Group (LHG) is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Senior Program Analyst

The successful candidate will serve as an experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide PMO support to the DHS/TSA/TTAC/TIM Program Management Office in the development of business management processes. The right candidate will assist the TIM Program Manager in developing and documenting spreadsheets, stage reviews and graphical representations that support program communications. Ten (10) years experience and PMP Certification is desired. Secret Clearance is required. Must also pass DHS/TSA suitability

 

Requirements

 

    * Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) throughout the TIM implementation.  Assist with the tracking and completion of various TIM program activities especially those on the critical path.  Assist in identifying and tracking program risks and help integrate approved changes into the schedule of activities.

    * Review various TIM planning/design/implementation documents to ensure that the proposed design will meet the overall program goals, provide services essential to fully meet the user functional requirements and achieve the key program performance metrics.

    * Assist the TIM PMO in the technical review of the selected system design, development and implementation contractor and ensure adequacy of the contract deliverables.

    * Assist with tracking of various program deliverables in accordance with the SELC/SDLC and ensure quality deliverables are provided.

    * Provide technical and procedural planning support to the wide range of TIM PMO activities anticipated throughout the design, development and implementation.

    * Continual support to in providing updates/changes to the wide range of TIM system acquisition documentation, resulting from senior management reviews and/or changes in the proposed program strategy.
