Duties
Bowhead is looking for a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain multiple program schedules within an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP). The task includes developing, linking, and maintaining multiple, comprehensive, schedules using Microsoft Project. Duties include: performing critical path and float analysis, risk assessment, and performance analysis; participating in development and implementation of improved scheduling processes; executing schedule and baseline changes; and calculating estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completions.
The Master Scheduler will work directly with the Program Office Integrated Product Teams and Assistant Program Managers to ensure cost and scheduling targets are achieved. The Scheduler will need to be able to automate project reporting mechanisms and generate various on-demand reports for upper management as required and be able to utilize SharePoint as a tool to coordinate communication and collaboration of schedules among team members.
