Senior Program Manager
Sr Leader, Rights Management Amazon Publishing is hiring an experienced leader to manage our relationships with vendors (including distributors) and manage integrations of new companies. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of these efforts including working with the internal team as well as a large cross-functional support group. This is a multi-faceted job in a start-up environment. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, a willingness to lead through innovation, and an ability to own projects are required. Core Job Responsibilities Work with internal and cross-functional teams to onboard and manage new vendors, including distributors and licensors. Work with a cross-functional team to integrate new companies as we acquire them. This includes emphasis on inventory, data, systems, HR, finance and tax. Create weekly reporting metrics on how these processes are going. In-house advocate for new acquisitions. Participate in a team effort to identify new acquisition potentials. Help onboard large backlists. Partner with groups within Amazon to develop and leverage rights programs and identify new opportunities that align to team and cross-company goals.
