Senior Program Manager, Seller Reimbursements at Amazon (Seattle, WA) (allows remote)

Amazon's Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to operationally support our world-wide customer concessions and seller reimbursements programs. The successful candidate will create, develop and drive innovative business solutions that lead to a richer end-to-end seller and customer experience.

FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. This position requires the candidate to work well with cross-functional teams of business managers, operations, software development, accounting, legal, and finance. The candidate must have a strong ability to identify root cause issues and develop action plans to improve customer and seller experience and reduce total reimbursements for FBA. The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys and excels at diving into data to find root causes, derive patterns, and determine optimal long-term solutions that ensure both an overall world class seller and customer experience. They will additionally drive scalable projects supporting our global partners in the identification and processing of seller reimbursements.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in other technical field required.
· 5+ years of industry experience doing program/ product management.
· Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to solve business problems
· Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements.
· Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

· MBA desired.
· Well versed in Excel, Access, and SQL is a plus.
· Experience with Six Sigma, Operational Excellence Black Belt certification desired.
· An appetite for teamwork, and a just-do-it attitude.
· Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
