Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join a newly formed digital customer experience team. The team performs competitive analyses, measures the customer experience and proposes significant areas for improvement to senior executives. The programs will cover a variety of Amazon?s digital businesses (e.g., Kindle, Kindle Fire, Appstore, Video, Music, Video Games, and Cloud Drive) and vary in size and scope, but play a critical role in driving strategic customer experience business decisions within the company. This person will own and drive new digital programs including scoping, design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
