Your responsibilities in this role will be:
  
· Managing all aspects of an application process, including design, logistics and preparation
 
· Provide advice and direction relating to complex legislation, policies and guidelines
 
· Mentoring and supervising team members
 
· Responding to complex queries
 
· Writing reports
 
· Other duties as required
  
The successful applicant will have:
  
· Proven experience in a similar role
 
· Previous people management experience
 
· Report writing experience
 
· Excellent MS products knowledge
