Senior Programme IT Manager recruitment
Due to the strategic nature of this project you will interact extensively with the firm’s Senior Leadership team and be required influence and drive change across as aspects of the Technology function.
They have emphasised that the individual must have the following experience;
- Previous experience running a major data transformation initiative involving the implementation of a group wide data warehouse, ETL etc.
- Solid understanding of Data Architecture principles
- Experience managing in-house technology resource, external near-shore and off-shore infrastructure / development teams as well as Consultancies
- Global Programme Management / Delivery experience within complex and geographically dispersed Financial Institutions
- Comfortable and at ease operating in a political and demanding environment where stakeholders are highly sceptical of consultants
- Understanding of prudential requirements regarding data accuracy standards i.e. expectations of Regulators regarding completeness accuracy and coverage
We would ideally like to deploy this person within the next 4 weeks (perhaps 6 at the outside).
