Senior Programme Management Officer recruitment
The Senior Programme Management will have direct responsibility for PMO support staff and ensure that all Group Finance portfolio projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. They will report directly to the Head of Change and face off with Programme Directors and Managers, in order to review, challenge, and report on the status of programmes and maintain the delivery portfolio and pipelines. They will drive effective governance through the implementation of best practice standards, controls and processes, thereby supporting the MD to develop a robust process framework. They will ensure adherence to corporate sourcing standards by managing internal and external suppliers, and play a key role in team management and staff development.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced change manager with a solid knowledge of project/programme management systems and processes. They will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and managing a team to produce high-quality deliverables. Prince II and/or MSP Practitioner Level candidates are preferred, as is experience of financial modelling.
