Senior Programme Manager – business change – Derivatives
Working for a senior change group this individual should bring with them several years of proven delivery experience within the banking industry. Acting as the deputy to the head of change, you will manage the workload of several other Project Managers in the group, coordinating resources to ensure the timelines are met. You should have extensive budget management experience (circa £10million+) and be capable of running several concurrent streams of work.
This change unit work very closely with the business (FX, Money Markets, OTCs, Derivatives) but also feed requirements to the technical/development units.
This is a role for those who are able to navigate complex and bureaucratic structures and deliver despite these challenges.
