Senior Programme Manager, Credit Risk Frameworks
You will manage 5 key project managers (i.e. for Quant, Data, Testing, Implementation) ensuring governance requirements are followed and workloads are prioritised for team logistics, hiring, headcount.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Risk Change to design, implement risk processes programme
- Support implementation of the team’s programme of work for wholesale credit risk models
- Ensure programmes remain on track against agreed budgets
- Provide the Heads of Market, Credit and Operational Risk with PMO support for budgeting and hiring
- Manage small team of direct reports and prioritise workloads and resources
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior members across the Group
- Provide direction and management to the PMO office

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Broad understanding of key risk types e.g. market, credit, operational, etc.
- Knowledge of Risk Management and Control processes for banking
- Broad understanding of infrastructure supporting risk management processes and reporting
- Strong programme office and project management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle a large number of conflicting and frequently changing priorities
- A strong understanding of business models and their functional and technical components
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent
- Very good report writing ability
